A Swiss-style building erected at the end of the 19^th century to provide accommodation for those who worked on the estate and also to house beasts of burden and carriages. For many years during the Echevarrias' tenure, the administrator of the estate, Antonio Roman, resided here. Nowadays, it is home to the research laboratories, the technical library, the historical archive and the exhibition hall.
