Hours, fares and addresses
Learn about the hours, location and rates of the La Concepción Historical Botanical Garden. The Garden can be visited freely. There is the option of a guided tour (recommended).
Due to restoration works, some roads will be closed until mid-May. We apologize for the inconvenience.
From 1st April to 30th September: 9:30-20:30
From 1st October to 31st March: 9:30-17:30
Visitors may remain in the garden for up to half an hour after closing time.
Closed 25th December, 1st January, and all Mondays. 24 and 31 December the Garden will be closed at 15:00 h. On bank holiday Mondays or when the public holiday has been moved, the garden will be open at its usual time.
Individual rate:
(Children under 16 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult)
STANDARD TICKET (for the general public): €5.20 per person
REDUCED TICKET (for visitors aged up to and including 16 years, large families i.e. with three or more children or equivalent, students aged up to and including 26 years, retired people, pensioners, visitors with Málaga Pass Card, Youth Card of the Andalusian Regional Government -aged between 14 and 30, both inclusive- and the Student Card “Live Spanish in Malaga): €3.10 per person
Groups (more than 20):
STANDARD GROUP TICKET (20-30 persons): €4.15 per person
REDUCED GROUP TICKET (20-30 persons): €2.05 per person
Free Time:
Admission is free on Sundays between 1st October & 31st March, 14:00-17:30
Sundays between 1st April & 30th September, 16:30-20:30
Guide Tours:
They have a duration of one hour and a half (These are optional, the garden can be visited freely). They are made exclusively by reservation: 951926180 / 639 91 40 55 (also by WhatsApp) or by email infojbotanicomalaga@gmail.com.

Getting here
La Concepción is 6Km from Málaga center.
The Gardens are a 15-minute walk from the last stop on the number 2 bus route (See our access map, blue line)
Private vehicle: See our access map, red line.
Bus City sightseeing: (number 91 bus route), from Bus and Train Station (€1,40).
Dogs are welcome at the garden as long as they are on a lead and comply with the regulations attached. Owners are merely required to sign a consent form.
